Free chapters

Free sample chapters are provided at no cost. Since no payment is made, there's nothing to refund.

Paid book purchases

Our books are digital products delivered instantly by email. Because delivery happens immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been sent.

When we will issue a refund or replacement

• Payment was deducted from your account, but you did not receive the content due to a technical error on our end
• The file you received is corrupted or won't open — we'll first send a replacement copy; if that doesn't resolve it, we'll issue a refund
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same item

How to request a refund

Email us within 7 days of your purchase with your order or payment reference. We'll review your request and respond within a few working days.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.
